Finding Knees
Beauty and kindness an intoxicating ring, helpless to do anything
leaning in to hear the song of the muse with my hands upon my knees
Your flesh on fire, throwing clothes, dancing naked
with desire, my mouth against your belly on my knees
After all the heat was spent, we laughed with pancakes
on our breath, with vixen stare you moved hand across my knees
Sweat across her legs and breasts dissipates while my head
rests on pillows, the stone around my heart crumbles to my knees
Love was nothing more than waking up with you in my arms
in meditative prayer of wanting more of that, on my knees
